This place has an excellent location near Green Cay Nature Center and the Wakodahatchee Wetlands and is a great place to decompress after a bout of nature photography. It's primarily a takeout place but there are some nice tables and the dignified older guy who took my order presented it in stages (appetizer first, etc) just like a regular sit down restaurant. The food is of excellent quality, much better than the standard takeout fare. They use high-quality fresh ingredients and the sauces are delicious, particularly of the boneless BBQ chicken, which I highly recommend. Portions are ample - I am a voarcious eater and there is always enough for me. Finally, there is the honesty and integrity of the staff. About a week ago, I absent-mindedly left my $6,000+ Nikon D4 DSLR with its 24-70 lens there. About half an hour later, I discovered my loss with a horrible shock and called them. They stayed open way after closing time to accommodate me and I was able to pick up my camera, much relieved, far later than I'm sure they wanted to stick around. I have no idea if they knew my camera was worth so much money but I'm sure they knew it was not cheap. So a heartfelt thanks to them, and rest assured that not only do these guys make great food, they are also honest and have a heart. Thanks again, guys :).

The employees here are quite friendly and I like the location of this place. The food itself is good - not great, just similar to any other run-of-the-mill Chinese restaurant. My issue was with the lack of meat in some of the dishes. I ordered an item with beef and one with chicken. Now I understand it can't all be meat and there's going to be some vegetables but I'd estimate at most each dish was 10% meat and the rest veggies. If I wanted an all veggie dish I'd have ordered one. I've eaten at several Chinese places in Palm Beach County and I've never gotten this little meat in the dishes we ordered. For that reason alone I won't be back. Had it been a normal amount of meat I'd have given this place four stars. But buyer beware - you're going to get a ton of vegetables when paying for meat dishes.

Excellent, just excellent. Great food. Great service (which, let's be honest you don't expect at a Chinese take-out restaurant).

Friendly service. But, beware of the Seafood Soup for $6.95, the most expensive soup on their menu. It consisted of corn starch, a few peas, a few carrots, and some shrimp. For those of you who have not had "real" Chinese Seafood Soup, it is usually a healthy clear broth (no starch added), usually included is some mushrooms, shrimp, clams, mussels, squid, sea vegetable, tofu, spring onions, bamboo shoots, some egg/rice noodles, etc. etc. But, not here. Just starch, peas, carrots, and a few shrimp. I think their Wonton soup is a better deal (and healthier) for half the price. But, I must repeat, nice honest employees. They just don't really know how to make "healthy" Seafood Soup. It would be better if they just call it "shrimp soup". :-)

Not great, but better than the rest of the Chinese places around me. Cheap and easy to get to. They've screwed up my order a couple times, but what can you do? I wish they made the fried rice with pork instead of chicken. I'll keep eating here, but it's due to a lack of better options.

First time at this place. Wonton soup bland. Egg rolls OK -- not great. Spare ribs tasteless -- 1 of the 4 was burnt. Shrimp in lobster sauce was also bland -- needed more garlic and scallions. Very disappointed -- will not be back.

We've got takeouts from here twice and have no complaints about it. When we were in the mood for Chinese food last week, we instantly thought of this place since it's right around the corner of our house. I got the orange chicken with white rice while Chris got the general tso's chicken. They give you a lot of food and send you off with some fortune cookies to finish your food with. Too bad the fortunes doesn't mean crap half of the time, but at least the food is good enough to chow down. Yum!

This restaurant changed owners. The menu has changed a little, Some of my favorite dishes have completely different recipes now (and its not a change for the better) They no longer make anything on the menu a lunch special, which disappoints me, being that nothing on the specials is vegetarian. They also charge extra for brown rice now.

Better than any of the other chinese takeout places in the area. I've ordered their General Tso's Chicken Dinner special, along with their crab rangoons (which have a generous fill of delicious cream cheese), and it was good enough for 2 people to share. Their house special low main is my favorite so far.

I just had one dish, China Garden Soup, and boy was it good! This was a large bowl of traditional tasting won ton soup but there were lots of fresh veggies, shrimp, lean pork and lean chicken. A meal by itself, I'm looking forward to trying other dishes. Nice people, too.

This is by far one if the best Chinese food restaurant in this area. Thomas (the owner) knows my husband and I by our first Name and knows exactly what we love to order and the way we like it. The pricing is excellent and we definitely recommend china garden to anyone!! It's worth every penny..

China garden is another hold your own place. It's location gives it an upper hand. Overall it's a pretty ok place. Nothing bad or nothing really good to say about it. I'd say it's in the same tier as shanghai and chen's. Have only been here a handful of times, pretty consistent.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
